For billing less than $290: 

  • Individual Tax Returns ONLY. 
  • No human interaction, Digital-only product. 
  • Tax return status and interaction will be through Client Portal only. 
  • Follow the steps below. DO Not book an appointment.


IMPORTANT:


  • Offer is not applicable if tax preparation service fee was paid to offshore service providers (outside US).
  • The bill needs to carry the legal name and contact details of the service provider and needs to match with Paid Preparer information on the tax return.

• In 24-48 hours of e-signing the new client information form, we will send you a secure link to upload the documents. 


Documents to upload:


• Current‑year tax documents 

• Last filed tax return 

• Driver’s licenses/IDs for all taxpayers 

• Proof of last year’s tax prep fee payment 


Important: We will not cross-verify for any missing document. Therefore, make sure to upload all relevant documents just like you would do in case of DIY tax returns on platforms like TurboTax. Additional fee of $25 per form will be charged for each additional document after initial document submission.

What you get?

 

Once we review all documents (including the bill paid for last filed tax return) and we decide to move forward, we will:


• Send an invoice to pay 

•  Send invitation to Client Portal

• Upload engagement letter to e-sign. 


Once invoice is paid and engagement letter is e-signed, we will start working on the tax return.

• Tax return reviewed and signed by a NC‑licensed CPA 

• Delivered through our secure portal for your review and e‑signature 

• Only when original invoice (& additional invoices, if any) are fully paid and Form 8879 is e-signed by all taxpayers, then only tax return is e-filed.


 All status updates and messages will be conducted through Client Portal ONLY. Absolutely no human interaction will be carried out.
